Thanks for accommodating my friends and I on our birthdays. It was great experience talking about the current Olympics 2016, specially about swimming because I love swimming and getting our nails done at this time. By the way I loved spa music and chair massage here. One of the best thing I want to recommend here is instrument. Instruments are very clean and most of them are single use. Thanks to all of you. Last minute decision for a party of 4 and found this hidden gem online. They took us in and gave us exceptional service. Trang (owner) and Yen serviced us and were very friendly and did an excellent job on our pedicures and manicure. The place was nice, bright, comfortable and clean. They offered us tea and their massage chairs are very relaxing.Their prices are very reasonable and you don’t feel rushed at all. Highly recommended! Once people find out about Charming it will get very busy!!

Super clean and friendly staffs with comfy spa chairs for mani and pedis...My friend and I paid for having wonderful service and inviting atmosphere was very pleased actually it was my very first visit to do main and pedi. They treated us like princesses for a day, and I walked out of there with the biggest smile on my face. Great staff. Great service. Great mani and pedi. with professional touch. Simply Amazing! Would I come back? Sure!

After visiting 4 other salons for gel nails and having them chip or break within a week or two -I work in an office and the most strenuous thing I do is scrub pots at home (gave the maid the day off -lol), this was very dissapointing. I am now on my second fill and I have not had ANY problems. Very friendly and professional. Thank you Hip Hop!

The salon itself is pretty much like every other nail place and reception is hit or miss. If there is no one at the desk, they will look up from doing nals and are not particularly polite.
The stand out in this place is Tony. He is such an expert in manicures that I come from the other side of Surrey just for him. He's a real professional and knows exactly what he's doing. Manicures from him can last a month.
No upselling that I've ever seen here either.

I’ve been going to another Nail Salon in Richmond for years and after one visit to Lexi Nails I switched over! This place is great! Vivian worked wonders on my nails and the atmosphere is friendly. I wish I had of known of this gem years ago!

I seen a lot of bad reviews on yelp now I must say I was a little hesitant to go in there but wow I lI've it there it's so clean and everyone was friendly I asked and showed her a picture of the nails I wanted and she did even better than the picture I showed her she was always making sure I was ok and was ok with what she was doing and checked if it was right with every new step she made, it was a little loud in there because the workers I guess were speaking to each other from across the room sometimes but it wasn't that bad and yes they all speak Vietnamese but I never found them rude or disrespectful in any matter all in all it was a good experience and I will go back and recommend it
