Answered my email question within an hour. "Guesstimate" to replace dryer element was +/- $200.00. Booked a time window, was at my home right at the end of the window. Very friendly. Abbi found loose wires, no need for element. Service call was 1/2 the estimate. Running like new. Highly recommend.

My washer blew it's transmission, oil all over the floor. The service man came in, was very polite, clean looking and offered to remove his work shoes. The job was done, no mess left behind, he even wiped up the oil on the floor that I couldn't get at :) Found a part that needed replacing, not connected to the transmission, went all the way back to the shop and got the part and put it in, no charge....fabulous!! I have used this business several times now, and I would recommend them in a heart

I found this company doing a google search and was very pleased with the service and pricing I received. Mr Docherty came out at the last minute on a weekend and didnt charge me anything extra. I would highly recommend!!! A+++++++++++!!!

They are very professional and very honest. I ask them to come
to my home to repair my Bosch dishwasher. After talked with them, they told me it is not my dishwashers problem and the problem is my drainage pipe. They told me how to fixed it and I did as they told me. The problem was solved and cost me zero penny.

Hello- I just wrote a lengthy and favourable review re my purchase of four appliances from your Vaughan location. Power break caused memo to disappear. I have no time to repeat. Basically-particular thanks to two delivery men (one was called Chris)who had to remove doors and back water line attachment of two door fridge to gain entry to my condo unit. Great people to work with. We’ve been with them since 1984. Two houses. And, a few appliances later.
EXCELLENT.
It took the oven 5 weeks to the day to arrive. But, that was due to border crossings and a colour choice.
The people there are very knowledgeable and very helpful. We will use them again for the next appliance.
