My experience for the last several years has simply been excellent. The office staff is very professional, including coordination with insurance company. The office is clean welcoming and comfortable for the clients with a massage chair. The hygienists are very proactive in ensuring client comfort during the process, including setting up your TV channel to watch. I saw Dr. Kerr twice this week. As always he’s just so friendly and approachable. He made a very kind gesture to me which helped a lot, although I won’t share what it was. I also met Jen for the first time. She was awesome and a good laugh. With 12 (yes 12) crowns coming my way, I’m sure I’ll be spending some time there. Absolute best dentist I’ve ever been to. The whole team at Fifth Avenue Dental is very professional at what they do. Dr. Barb is very caring, even calls you at home after major work to make sure everything is ok. I’ve been driving out from Calgary to see them for the past five years and it was a good decision. Dr. Gaur has always offered me options that provide quality health care first and that also meet my budget.
