Bye-bye Apple Care!! This is prompt, contactless, 24 hour service with pickup and delivery, worth every penny! I needed help recovering data on my 2019 Mac mini in a pinch and Konesh was my man. It was still under Apple care but that would have taken weeks and put me at risk, this being the day before Christmas. This is the second time that I’m blown away by the ease and rapidity of this personalized Apple care. In a pandemic world, we are lucky to have his service. Konesh also answers phone!

Since my retirement from work I've only had my Macs at home and no IT professionals. The inevitable happened with my 10 year old IMac when my video card ceased to function. I called SKS and Konesh suggested the best bet would be to buy new but he could install a video card for a quarter of the price. He installed it in two days at the quoted price and the computer works as well as it ever did. This service is a treasure.

Good luck trying to find someone better! Konesh was not only courteous and knowledgeable but his prices are affordable and reasonable. I needed the battery replaced in my Mac Book Pro. I dropped off my laptop with him at 7pm and he said he’ll have it ready by the next day. He messaged me about an hour later and said the work was done! He sent me photos and screen shots every step of the way; from opening the laptop, to diagnostics screens of the hardware installation. I highly recommend KSK!

Konesh offered extremely fast service, including pick-up + delivery to my door. He answered my questions, has reasonable prices, + gave very good results.

Very bad service and they take the money without anything they take 60$ just to say my computer need a new hardware or take 400$ to fix it I fix it with other company with 200$ I advise everyone don't call them very very bad service ever

Was really good service.first time fixing computer, so there's no comparison. Still I will give 5 stars. The staff picks up and delivers my computer to me, and the price is fair.
