I booked a 1:30 PM appointment and arrived on time. I sat down (no one greeted me) and watched two walk-ins who came after me be warmly greeted and helped first, while I was left waiting without any acknowledgment. After 25 minutes, I got up to leave — only then did anyone speak to me. As a Black woman, the difference in treatment compared to the two white customers was clear. Completely unprofessional. I will not return.

I have always had an amazing experience with Pushpa's Aesthetics. I go frequently and they always greeted me by name,its an amazing spa everyone is so nice and will always smile. I hate getting my eyebrows done usually but she told me to lift my eyebrows and it made the entire experience much better! Then she gave me a mini face massage at the very end when she put on the eye cream and I was in heaven. Definitely coming back!! Have already booked another appointment for Laser Hair Removal!

I went to Pushpa's Aesthetics for Eyebrows threading and waxing. I liked the services and I end up getting my full face threading done and got my Brazilian bikini and full leg waxing done. The place and the location are very convenient, which is across from Islington Subway. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend Pushpa’s Aesthetics and I will go again for all my Aesthetics services. I also got my free laser test patch done and now thinking to get my bikini laser done here at Pushpa's Aesthetics.
