Great office!
Friendly staff that are always willing to try and work with my schedule.
They often run late because they work with kids, what else can you expect.
Would not hesitate to recommend or refer to ABC Pediatric Dentistry!
This dental clinic is not just there to do the job necessary but to understand the child's issues from simple dental work to even emotional trauma that has happened with previous dentists. They are more interested in doing the best job for the children than rushing and causing further issues. They treat our children like family, listen to their concerns and even help make the important work easier.
Holding my child down during a tooth extraction was unsettling. Front desk cancelled my appointment that I confirmed. They said I did not confirm so I showed them the call that was made on my phone. Front desk was rude, basically a "tough luck, liar" attitude. Management did not return my call or email. I won't be back ever. I drove 30 minutes, took my child out of school for the day, did all the pre-checks for a sedation appointment and arranged care for my baby. Terrible treatment.
My children have been going here for a few years now and Dr Hulland has been nothing short of wonderful and patient with my children and their needs. However their financing department and some of their front counter staff are horrible to deal with. You are only covered for visits with direct billing if you are low income or if you have copious amounts of money and can afford to pay upfront. As a middle incomer you are forced to pay out for visits even if your insurer direct bills. Dissapointing
One of the receptionists is not very pleasant. Short and unpleasant. I spent the rest of my daughters appointment feeling upset because of her. The estimate came for the 2 fillings, they said I'd have to pay over $1000 up front, I do not have that kind of money. Once we left my 13 year old daughter said they yelled at her and told her to keep her 4 year old brother under control. I've never had trouble like this before, and it's a children's dentist, think they would be used to kids.
