After the ice storm this past weekend we were down to 3% propane left in our tank. We called Monday, Mar. 31/25 and by 1pm Apr. 1st we had our tank filled. They only got power on Monday at 10:30am. We can not thank Endicott and their staff for the excellence service. With our power still out as of Apr. 2nd we are able to keep our generator running. Thanks and be safe.

Endicott Fuels take days to respond to fill up requests. Endicott Fuels will charge you extra $$$ to fill your tanks on the weekend even if Endicott Fuels had been notified during the week that a fill up was needed. Endicott Fuels refuses to fill your tanks unless you pay upfront. How do they know how much propane you need? Endicott Fuels are ok with your family freezing instead of putting you on a payment plan. Steer clear of these cheats and rip off artists. WORST PROPANE COMPANY
