Visited Claudio's with family last night for our 25th Anniversary dinner. Every detail was perfect from the greeting at the door by the owners/chef, the private table, the attentive service and last but not least, the amazing food. Some really nice touches such as bringing out a few bottles of recommended wines for us to choose from. Our waiter, Ignatio suggested that he bring out a tasting plate of chef Kristina's beef shortrib stuffed ravioli for all of us to try. Great suggestion! Went here for lunch but will not be back. I must say the food here is very good. Unfortunately the Service Manager or Waiter is very pushy and will invite himself into your conversations. He invited himself to sample our food (which we declined), he kept trying to hit on us, and stood over us until we ordered. In addition, there were 4 gentlemen just standing around the bar looking around the whole time. It was annoying. I am Italian and have been to many great Italian restaurants, but this is not one of them. It has great potential, great decor and great food but lacks in customer service.
