I am totally satisfied with my new windows. The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. Each step during the process was explained and a follow-up done to assure that we were eased and Had not questions. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase anything. The complete experience went excellent. The sales quote experience was great as we received a price that was slightly lower than competition for the same door. All of the people we dealt with were professional, friendly and helpful. The installation was done on time and very well by the technician. Ed was quick to respond to my quote request, setting up the first meeting & getting the quote to us. In past years we struggled to get quotes for our windows and door replacement so this was very much appreciated. When I wanted new windows for my entire house (2 bay windows and 7 others) I decided to go with Fibertec because I wanted a solution that didn't involve vinyl. I'm happy to say that the installation went well. The house has been noticeably warmer with a consistent temperature on both floors since the new windows were put in. I had many questions before the process, as I waited, and after and the people there were courteous and respectful to deal with.

Since then Tony has repaired a cracked foundation, done a complete renovation of the upstairs bathroom, installed new Kitchen counter tops and referred me to an excellent roofing contractor and the best company for installing a new driveway. This business has been the most positive experience working with any contractors. I needed new windows in the entire house. I had a couple of larger companies come out and quotes were unreasonably expensive for a small town house. I was referred to A&W by a friend who had used them. The same person that came out to do the quote was the same person who installed all of the windows. To me that means everything. Someone who had been in the business for YEARS and still took pride in his work.
