Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. Five stars!!! First off, I called And Googled several companies regarding condo HVAC repair that I was not pleased with until I got a hold of Home Trade Standards. Kevin and his team was very accommodating, prompt and professional. I had a broken Whalen unit in my condo and they were able to replace it with an Omega Heat Pump. From the first phone call to final install, it only took 2 days. On time, within budget and honest. They are highly recommended, I would definitely use them again!

Glenn came by in short order and fixed my AC unit which was on the fritz. The thing I love about this company is how honest they are: He suggested that the AC unit could last up to another 10 years and a new unit wouldnt save all that much money. $250 instead $2500+!
They had also installed a new furnace a few years back so I knew they were the first one to call.

Thanks for the great work our furnace runs great! After all the hassle of dealing with another local company ($1200 later ...only to be told we should just get a new furnace because their repairs didnt fix the problem!!) we decided to move on from them and get a rental furnace from Aire One. The monthly rate is very affordable and the idea of not having to worry about any additional costs if something were to happen was a great option for us.

In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. Wayne and Chad could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend T H Oliver for all of your furnace needs!
