I was in for service today, annual tire change and the team in the back on time with everything set up and working with tire pressure etc. The person at the counter, sorry I forgot your name thank you...so important to have a great person at the desk, switch to your store from another CDN tire because of the greeting and communication- thanks again.

My ONLY problem is that the Service Dept. would not answer the phone when I called with a problem and let the phone ring for TEN minutes!!!!!!

I recently had to purchase my skin care products from the Bay Clinique counter. The gift-with-purchase was ending and I tried at Markville with no luck the service was not the greatest. I called JASMINE KAUR and right away not only did she answer but remembered me from my previous visit. She was polite, patient, and very courteous. She processed my order right away and I received it yesterday with a couple of additional goodies. I have purchaseBay for over 30 years is was the best service!

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

Fantastic service!
I had a question about a car noise. The guys took care of an initial inspection and found a simple solution to the problem that took 5 mins.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. A pure Canadian store. Friendly staff and great deals if one wants to avoid line ups in Wall-mart. Store brand Giant value and other items are reasonably priced and of good quality.
