Ive lived in a Frastell managed building for the past 8 years and I can say with 100% honestly that they are an amazing landlord. They are constantly looking to better the building and help us feel more comfortable in our own home. They offer a very personal service and their team is always willing to help. They also contribute a lot to the community by hosting several fundraisers a year. I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment to seriously consider a Frastell managed building.

Good service procided in 955 queen st west. Concierge, nice amenities, building cleanliness. The staff always great us with their kimg smiles and friendly attitude. They're very understanding and professional people. without a doubt, I'd definitely recommend Goldview.

This is the best Service Ontario we have been to. The service was fast and the staff friendly. The only complaint is that it is not better marked on the outside of the building for those coming for the first time.
