Every time I go to this location the employees are helpful, attentive and understanding. Ever go into a Home Depot and the employees are impossible to find or try to run away when they see you coming towards them? Yeah, that never happens here. It’s like they actually care that the repairs I make to my house or the products that I get are actually the ones I need and are the right ones for the job. Crazy concept, isn’t it?

Over the past three years we have had a project to replace all our windows and doors. Our project was completed this spring.
The installers on all three years of work provide professional and friendly installation and treated our home with the upmost respect. Cleanup was always exceptional.

I got Exclusive Windows and Doors to replace 14 windows brick to brick throughout my house which included a custom octagon window, several large windows and a bay window. The price was competitive, installation and finishings are great and I am very happy with the finished work. The customer service was good as well, let me know when windows arrived, scheduled a date that suited my needs and the installers were polite and even used drop sheets and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.

I ordered some heavy glass for a couple of cabinets a while back and I continue to be impressed with the quality of product I received for a very reasonable price and a very short wait. As it happened, I had to return a piece that wasn't quite flush (the measurement was tricky). I took it back and I was most impressed with the customer service I received. There was no hassle, no haggle and no extra charge. The piece was re-cut within a few minutes and I went home happy. I will recommend this business to friends and colleagues in the industry and I will surely return for my next project.

I had Lindsay Glass cut a mirror for me that I was installing in a bathroom I just renovated. They were very fast and it only cost $5. When my Mom moved to the area she wanted a glassed in shower and some window screens. I took her to Lindsay Glass and she was very pleased with the product. The installation was done perfectly. Not only is Rusco's product top of the line, their customer service is unparalleled. I've never worked with more professional trades people than Josh and Paul who installed our widows. The original construction grade widows were poorly installed, lines misaligned and trim depths completely inconsistent.
