I love going to this clinic.I would recommend people to go here. I had cervical spondylosis, back and hip issues. Doctors would usually just prescribe pain relievers. Only chiropractic procedures with doctor Carol makes me feel better and relieved. Dr. Carol explains everything well and Neth is very accommodating and helpful. I have referred a couple of relatives and friends as well. This has been a part of my life and better wellness.

I have had a severe headache for last 5 years and had to rely on painkiller even just to sleep. I have been to my doctor, neurologist, and even emergency room due to super bad headache. They took xray, mri whatever.. and told me nothings wrong. Dr Isaac seemed to know what my condition was right after he heard me my stories about the condition and he saved my life for this condition. I wish known him earlier so didn't have to run around all the hassles.

I've never needed a walk-in clinic till now, so I have no standard of comparison; but I consider my experience here to have been really good. Reception are polite and welcoming, everyone is kind and medically thorough, I have no complaints.
There was about an hour's wait from joining the queue outside, through the necessary formfilling, to seeing a doctor. I'm sure that that could have been worse given our abnormal conditions during the pandemic.

My experience at Alderbrook Massage Therapy was excellent. Joanne is very professional, her clinic is relaxing with a spa like feel but don't be mistaken it is medically oriented. Joanne has found the perfect balance with the relaxing benefit of using hot stones, with deep therapeutic pressure. The result is a combination of pain relief and stress reduction. The Heights Laser Centre is in North Burnaby and had bonus Free Parking. I live in New West and it only took about 15 minutes. I felt comfortable as soon as I came into the facility and the staff was very friendly. I had a consultation with Dr. Jaffer and decided to get an eMatrix treatment to help with my aging skin. My dark spots lessened, my skin was firmer and I looked great. I also had Botox for my crow's feet and my forehead wrinkles. My husband did not think I needed treatment, but after he saw the results, he thought I looked terrific. I will continue to go the Heights Laser Centre for all my facial concerns. They are professional, knowlegeable and very kind. I am so glad I went.

After a recommended combination of treatments, my cellulite has totally disappeared!
the staff is very professional, courteous and, most importantly, HONEST!
I also got laser for my under arms and legs. Their laser is the best! after 4 treatments, I hardly have to shave - though I still more treatments to go for the full effect.
I always wanted to do these kinds of treatments but was so scared they wouldn't work or that I would be taken advantage of, I'm so glad I chose this establishment!

I wanted to get the fine lines on my face and the redness on a surgery scar looking better, so I undergone through the laser treatments. I can't believe the difference now in my face - tighter skin, lines practically gone and an overall fresher look.
