A while back, but wanted to tell my story. I had a WRX and two different repair shops had quoted me $2800 to replace my steering. Brought it to Starr to have it done, An hour later I got a call, it was only a missing o-ring, it was sucking air, hence the steering problem. $45 charge. I love Starr Automotive!

Very unprofessional, disrespectfully talking down about the receptionist to the customers (even yelling about it), rude and snide replies to legitimate questions. Also, whoever the man is that's answering the phone is not representing the company well at all. Due to those several incidences (same man), I will not take my business there.

Brad and his crew were exceptional. They fixed my A/C in under 30 mins and were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was explained in a straightforward manner and the cost was very low (was expecting it to be a lot more). Will be using this shop again in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

Starr Automotive is the best. They are an exceptional service provider. They care, they do an awesome job and they are trustworthy. My husband recently passed away and I have such peace of mind knowing I have Starr Automotive to rely on. Absolutely the best!

Just had my car to Star for programming new remotes. Again absolutely outstanding service. One was brand new and the other a new older, I had taken the older one into a dealership last year and they could not program it. Star had both up and working in minutes. I haven taken both cars to Star for last 9 years recommended them to family and friends.

They did work on my vehicle without my consent, then gave me the bill at the end. I have a 1999 vehicle with over 220,000 KMs on it.. I just needed to replace the brake pads on the front with cheap parts because my car did not have much left, and I did not have much money. They give me a bill for $620.00 to replace just the front 2 brakes. Brand new calipers, rotors, brake pads, services fees everything! This place is highway robbery. STAY AWAY.

I walked in to Starr auto without an appointment and with a $3500 quote from a National automotive repair shop. Steve and Bonnie were SO pleasant and Steve assessed and repaired my car in 30 minutes for less than $200. I am forever grateful for these local business owners.

Broke down and thinking I would be stranded for the weekend, I had my car towed to Starr Automotive on a Friday afternoon. One water pump and serpentine belt later I was back on the road. Thankful for the prompt service and for a bill that was significantly lower than expected. Also thankful to the locals for the recommendation. Great work at an honest and fair price.

I've taken my car here for years and have had consistently great service. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a woman.

Unprofessional on the phone, made fun of my car and told me she wouldn't take my business. Fine, except for being called back after being hung up on to tell me never to call them again. I've been there before with a similar car and had great service. So disappointed.

My fan belt broke...

My fan belt broke just before there shop i was able to make it to them it was 5 minutes to closing they had a belt but they said there must be a reason the belt broke he found the problem and order and ask for part to be rushed out he stayed open to help me out an get me back on the road his prices were unbelibable i recomend this shop to anyone.
