Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waited for over 2 hrs for them to start my service appointment. Should’ve left but decided to give them the benefit of a doubt. When i called to get a price check on a simple service few months later, i was promised a call back shortly. Well that never happened. I called every day for 3 days. Seriously? How are they still in business. Not like there’s a shortage of auto-service places. Terrible!
