Very unorganized and seeming uncommitted to patient service and welfare. I went in to get new paper work for one that was provided that was refused by the Lab, due to an error on the part of the reception. This is where I found that my regular doctor had moved to Edmonton without notification to myself or others that I know of. Also when seeing my regular doctor, he kept pushing the requirement for drugs that gave me severe reactions. Managed on my own to find an organic pill as a replacement
